Lutheran families met before the official organization of the congregation and were served by Rev. Doescher (ca1894-1898) and Rev. Duborg (ca1898-1901). Pastor Schroeder served many congregations at once including Floresville, Kenedy, Beeville, Skidmore (Church and records burned in 1928), Tynan, Orange Grove, Green, Falls City, New Bremen, Denhawken, Lenz (Weedy or New Weedy), Deweesville, and Fashing. |
