La Bahia,pronounced la-Bah-hee and sometimes spelled LaBahia. Martin Luther Lutheran Church was a sister congregation to Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Round Top. Records show contributions in 1894. Parish records from before 1902 are at Bethelem, parish records from 1902 - 1916 are at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Greenvine. When it disbanded in 1916, members went to Round Top, Carmine, or Greenvine. |
