Folder 1 - Photos, correspondence, history of the early days of the inception and forrmation of the partnership between the Costa Rican Lutheran Church and the Southwestern Texas Synod, known as Companion Synods. Folder 2 - Church profile of the Costa Rican Lutheran Church; documents explaining the Companion Synods Program of the Division for Global Mission of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America; "Partnership in the Gospel: a guide for congregations as they companion with overseas congregations in their synods' Companion Synods Program"; correspondence between leaders in Costa Rica and the SWT Synod.
