Description |
This box contains photos originally collected in a photo album that was dismantled due to its deteriorating state. The album contained photos from the start of Grace Lutheran Sanatorium in 1913 on the west side of San Antonio, Texas, a place for tuberculosis patients to recuperate, to its transition and expansion to Grace Lutheran Hospital in the 1960s. The smaller snapshots and photos are gathered together in three packets for ease of finding them in such a large box. Also included here are large photocopies (16" x 20") of some of the photos for display purposes. |
