Pastor Carl N. Roth, future president of the Texas District of The ALC, is standing on the back row, 6th from the right. Pastor August L. Wolff is the first man seated on the curb in the center of the picture holding an oblong white paper. Dr. Johann Michael Reu, D.D., a professor at Wartburg Seminary, is seated directly behind Pastor Wolff. Pastor H.C. Ziehe is standing in the second row behind the fifth man to the left of Dr. Reu, the man holding his hat in his lap. Pastor Ziehe is wearing a light colored suit. |
